Ed took the time to explain my options open to me. After speaking with him he recommended not filing for bankruptcy as it was not needed due to protections we already had in place but we’re unaware of. I’d recommend him to anyone as he’s not blinded by charging fees for services that aren’t required. He will take the time to ensure you’re aware of not just options but best course of action.

I found Ed Maguaran based on his 500 positive Google reviews. At first, I was skeptical — but make no mistake, they are well deserved. At the beginning of my case, there was some uncertainty about whether to file Chapter 7 or Chapter 13, and the complexity of my situation created understandable stress. Despite a few early challenges, I ultimately trusted Ed’s advice and stayed the course. He was always available to answer my questions — even when we didn’t always see eye to eye. During the course of my case, I was diagnosed with cancer. This is when Ed’s depth of experience truly showed. When my health became a serious issue, he stepped up and strongly advocated for me, ultimately getting my case dismissed for medical reasons.
